Dr Paul Turner is a member of the UK Food Standards Agency’s Science Council, the FAO/WHO Codex Expert Consultation on Risk Assessment of Food Allergens and leads the EAACI Taskforce on Food Allergen Thresholds.  He was also commissioned to  investigate and report on the risks of flying with allergies, by the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in a response to concerns about the issue from passengers.  Dr Helen  is a GP and Allergy Specialist, who runs her own immunotherapy clinic in the UK.
