Refund Policy
Memberships have a 14-day full money back return policy provided you have not joined the Facebook group. Please contact us at support@drhelenallergy.co.uk to discuss a refund.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your membership at any point. If you pay monthly, you will have access to the group until the next payment is due. If you cancel your annual membership, you will continue to have access until the next payment is due. Refunds will not be given in the middle of a payment term.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
