Delayed allergies are tricky, and often misdiagnosed or missed.

Suspected or Diagnosed Immediate (IgE) Mediated) Allergy?
Immediate allergies are very worrying, and need careful management and medications.
- Start by speaking to Dr Helen 1:1 to discuss symptoms and your struggles (you can bring test results). If you are struggling with your GP or getting a referral, Helen can provide information to help your case.
- Access daily support from Dr Helen and/or dietitian Dr Penny to help you with practical eliminations and how to avoid nutritional deficiencies. Many members have multiple allergies and support is immense.
- If weaning and worried about further allergies, guidance can be given (videos in the resource hub).
- Advice on cross reactivity with your allergens.
- Watch expert videos on 'May Contain' labeling, Travel, Sleep and much more.
- Support knowing if medication is safe to use with allergies (especially vaccinations), how to approach nursery/school (checklists and talks in the resource hub), how to create an inclusive environment and how to manage your guilt and your child's disappointment.
- Airborne allergy, asthma and EoE resources.
- Help from Dr Francesca on how to process trauma, guilt, anxiety and fear (both yours and your child's). Caroline is on hand to help with parenting struggles as they grow (learning to trust, toileting and behaviour).

Struggling with Eczema?
Eczema is traumatic for all involved, but we have expert help for you.
- Start by speaking to Dr Helen 1:1 to discuss symptoms, struggles and the links to allergy. If you are struggling with your GP or get a referral, Helen can provide information to help your case.
- Access daily support from Dr Helen and/or Advanced Nurse Specialist in Eczema Odette (recently awarded the Queen's Nursing Award for her work with paediatic eczema patients). Ask questions and get on top of flares from the start. Use the right tools.
- If weaning and worried about allergies, guidance can be given (videos in the resource hub). Work out if there is an allergy or eczema irritation.
- Watch expert video 'Beyond the Itch: Understanding Eczema' to really get a grasp on causes, treatments, risks, links to allergy and more.
- Expert videos on toileting and sleep which cover how to support those with eczema.
- Support knowing if the eczema needs looking at for infection or other conditions.

About Dr Helen
Dr Helen is a GP and allergy specialist. She has qualifications in ENT, Paediatrics, Allergy, General Practice and more! Dr Helen is a trustee for Anaphylaxis UK and is the Chair of their Clinical and Scientific Panel.
When Dr Helen's first born son, Ethan, was born with milk and nut allergies, she was thrown into the world of allergy and vividly recalls how it all feels. When Ethan had an anaphylactic reaction to milk, Dr Helen decided to retrain as an allergy specialist and passionately campaigns to raise awareness. She has been featured on Channel 5, BBC Radio, in many articles and in a video for the Department of Health.
Dr Helen says 'nothing frustrates me more than seeing families and adults suffer. Listening to the bad advice that patients get given by health care and other wellmeaning individuals has driven me to provide a secure place where people can come for accurate information and access to up to date information'.

How long am I tied in for?
You can cancel anytime. Membership is billed on a monthly or annual basis so just let us know before the next billing cycle and we will stop payments. This is no tie in and we are happy you feel empowered enough to move on.
How do I book my 1:1 ?
Upon completion of payment you will be emailed a link to the membership hub- a resource site full of all the talks, Q&As and more. There is a section there containing the link you will use to book in.
Can I send test results or photos ahead of the 1:1?
Yes, please do. It will mean I can use the time more efficiently.
Can you do testing in The Membership?
Testing is not included in The Membership fees, but not everyone needs them. The existing cost is phenomenal value for access to so many professional experts. However if appropriate I can offer IgE allergy testing in clinic (skin prick and bloods), by post in the UK (bloods), skin pricks at various locations with my satellite clinic and partner clinics. I never recommend tests if they are not beneficial, and actively talk some patients out of them if not needed.
When are the talks and Q&As?
A calendar is published in advance on the membership hub and Facebook group. If you can't attend live, questions are taken and you can watch the recording back in your own time.
