The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study digital programme (s) offered by Dr Helen Allergy – Dr Helen Eve Evans-Howells Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Dr Helen Eve Evans-Howells (“I”, “me” or “my”) provides services to you, as purchaser of allergy education. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law which I am bound, and which cannot be waived.
Terms and Conditions for Digital Courses, Modules, Expert Speaker Events, Expert Education Series and PDFs.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of Courses and the Expert Education Series provided by Dr Helen Allergy. By purchasing or accessing any Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Digital Course/Event/PDF Purchases
All digital Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF are sold as digital products. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to view/download the Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets any technical requirements necessary to access the Course/Event content.
**Materials are only available in UK English and no translations are available.
3. Access and Permitted Use

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF, all sales are final.
Once a Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

The cost of the Digital Courses, Modules, Expert Speaker Events, Expert Education Series or PDFs is laid out on the sales landing page. This is a one-off payment (unless you have chosen a payment scheme for a course) and all purchases are final (Please see section regarding refunds if necessary).

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor.

11. General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course and modules delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
12. Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. Dr Helen will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course or event participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, Dr Helen reserves the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course/Module/Expert Speaker Event/Expert Education Series event or PDF at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
